Founder Arrival at Delhi from US
Senior police officials met Dipke at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport Terminal 3 upon his arrival from the United States.
Dipke arrived at the airport holding B.R. Ambedkar’s ‘My Biography’ and urged protesters to carry a book and the Tricolour with them to the protest site.
Police have tightened security
Police have tightened security outside the residences of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
How did the CJP start?
The Cockroach Janta Party started as a satirical online movement after remarks made by Chief Justice Surya Kant during a hearing.
Chief Justice Kant compared a section of young, unemployed youth with “fake law degrees” to cockroaches. The comment sparked online discussions and eventually inspired the formation of the ‘satirical political movement’.
The movement has also received support from several public figures, including social activist Sonam Wangchuk and actor Prakash Raj.
