Isha Rikhi Opens Up About Relationships, Says She Faced ‘All’ Forms Of Cheating

Isha Rikhi, Badshah’s ex-wife, recently spoke about the difficulties she experienced in her marriage to the rapper. She appeared to draw from her personal experience while discussing relationships and the complexities of having “best friends” in different social circles, suggesting that someone may want to maintain a relationship while avoiding the responsibilities that come with it.

Isha, who entered Bigg Boss 20 after publicly announcing her divorce from Badshah, discussed her relationship and the dynamics of best friendships with Kanika Mann. Isha was seen discussing her views on relationships with Kanika in the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20.

“If someone comes to tell me that Kanika is so and so, I won’t believe them unless I see it for myself,” she said. “I am that way. In terms of relationships, I am the same. Either give me proof, or stop playing with my mind. That is what I will say to anyone who comes to tell me anything.”

Isha Says She Faced Physical, Emotional And Social Cheating

Isha appeared to suggest that despite having doubts during a relationship, she chose not to trust them until she saw things for herself.

“You realise you were being played the entire time when the relationship ends,” she remarked.

When Kanika asked what form of cheating she had experienced — “physical, emotional or social?” — Isha hesitated before answering, “All of them.”

Using Kanika as an example of a best friend, she then described the circumstances.

“Hanging in between is really harmful. It’s as though I pretend you are my closest friend. I consider you to be my best friend. I take you places like my best friend, but you realise that you were never truly my best friend in the first place,” Isha said.

She went on to say that she was introduced to only a small part of her partner’s social circle.

“I am doing all of this in a specific circle, in private, and not in front of the public, which is what makes it different. I am merely introducing you to a group of individuals who are my closest friends,” she said.

“But why would you do that?” Kanika asked.

“Because I have many other best friends,” Isha replied.

“So were there really too many best friends?” Kanika asked.

“Yes,” Isha answered. “They were all somebody you could hang out with for a day or two, but in reality, you were merely playing games and never really wanted a best friend.”

“But why?” Kanika asked.

“Convenience,” Isha answered. “You are so wonderful that I want you in my life because I won’t get these things anywhere else.”

“But won’t take the responsibility?” Kanika asked.

“Yes,” Isha replied.

She appeared to describe a situation where someone wanted both independence and a relationship while also expecting her to interact exclusively with certain people. She said she later realised that the person was not truly her best friend outside that particular group and had presented her with a different image. She added that people around that person had also presented her with the same image.

Badshah And Isha Reportedly Kept Their Marriage Private

The two reportedly married in March after dating for several years. However, Badshah did not publicly share photos from the wedding or announce the marriage. Later, Isha’s mother shared photos from the private ceremony, confirming the marriage.

Isha later confirmed that she was married to Badshah during an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on social media and shared photos from the ceremony herself. When a fan asked why the two did not follow each other on social media, she laughed and replied, “My husband is answerable for that,” while tagging Badshah. The singer did not publicly address the remark.
