A real estate agent was killed by gunshots on Thursday morning outside a fitness center located in the Narela region of Outer Delhi. Pramod, who was identified as the victim, was gunned down when he came out of the gym along with his neighbor. The entire event took place at about 7:15 am, which is usually considered to be a time when the place will be crowded with early morning walkers.
What Happened Outside The Gym?
The people there said that two people riding a motorcycle came close to where he was and started shooting without any prior warning. More than 15 rounds were shot at a rapid pace, and some of those bullets struck Pramod. He fell where he was standing, and the people who had attacked him left on their bike. The whole thing happened so quickly that the people around there got shocked.
Police Investigation Underway
The police team reached the scene soon after the news had been brought to their attention and began collecting evidence. The police are currently analyzing video surveillance collected from shops and streets in the vicinity to ascertain the identity of the assailants and the direction in which they fled. It must be noted that no official statement has been made concerning the absence of any connection between the incident and some kind of personal grudge, as the possibility that it may have something to do with money is also under investigation.
